High performing, low stress dental practices have one key thing in common – the clinic team communicates frequently, consistently, and clearly, so that everyone on the team knows who does what, and when, to create repeatable positive work experiences. This includes both front of house, and back of house, as well as front to back and vice-versa.
Furthermore, dental schools teach little, if any, actual business communication skills and/or frameworks. Doug McCann, a renowned Leadership and Communications consultant and coach will teach strategies and key skills to help every dentist improve in office communications (ie. with assistants), and as a result, improve efficiency and decrease daily stress.
